Moissani (gold souk Gurgaon) is one of the best place to get great lab grown diamonds and updated designs. Have purchased few products from here and even after daily usage for ling time, the product has no issues.

I reached out to this company through WhatsApp inquiring about a moissanite and they wanted to charge me $334 for a 3 carat. I told them that this is the cost of a diamond. I wanted to understand if there was something extra special that there doing to their moissanites that might justify the cost but he told me I could “take it” and hasn’t responded to my messages. Unprofessional to say the least.

FRAUD ALERT!! This company scammed me for 52000!!!! Promising me 14-carat gold but delivering copper mixed with different alloys. Within a week, the ring left blue marks on my finger, a clear of if it’s not gold. Customer service and the office manager refused to help and simply washed their hands of it. Beware of their return and exchange policy- it’s not as promised. This is not an investment, it’s a waste and a scam. Do not buy from them.
